Before You Order - waist beads collection & other swag items
Yes, you have to measure yourself in inches for waistbeads. We do charge extra for larger sizes. Please practice the honor system. If you do not enter your measurements, your order will not be processed until all information is received.
No. We need the actual measurements of your waist in inches.
US standard sizes. Our clothing is available in Mens & Women sizes only.
- Scent/Texture/color is a personal preference & product may vary due to made to order and artisanal batches.
- We do our best to display unaltered photos of our products. Monitor display vs. in person color may vary slightly.
- Highly suggest ordering trial sizes prior to purchasing larger sizes.
Essential oils (EO’s) are steam-distilled pure plant extracts used for scenting, flavoring, or healing applications in aromatherapy. Fragrance oils (FO’s) are synthetically made chemical scent compounds found everywhere in modern life. Some of our products are 100% essential oil
Most of our products are crafted using natural and organic bases. We make a conscious decision of vendors and raw materials used. Our fragrance oils are IFRA standard and ECO friendly, specially designed to use in cosmetics. In our 100% natural items we use NOW essential oils to create the highest grade products.
Yes! Men, women, and children of all ages, ethnicities, and skin types. Some of our products like our body balms are 100% chemical-free all the way down to our scents! We also have an unscented products available for those who may have skin allergens. However, we do recommend discontinuing use if you notice any skin irritations.
Blue Honey Candle Company does NOT conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals. Additionally, prohibits the practice of animal testing for raw materials or finished products.
Blue Honey Candle Company is crafted in small batches to maintain the integrity of our ingredients and ensure you receive the highest quality product. This artisanal approach does not support sample sizes. Instead, we created trial sizes at a small cost, so that you may experience our products and discover what works best for you!
Forms of Payment
You will receive an order confirmation notice to the email address you provided along with a receipt. Be sure to check your spam folder as well for an order confirmation. Also, make sure you enter your correct email address. Any misspelling can affect whether you receive an email confirmation.
Most products are made to order, with up to 3 days to process.
- Orders may be cancelled no more than 3 days after purchase date; orders are shipped by third date.
- You may cancel orders by emailing…[email protected], Subject: Canx Order.
- You may not add to your order at this time. If you placed an order and would like to add an item, you will have to place another order.
United States Postal Service (USPS) & United Postal Service (UPS)
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be emailed an USP/USPS tracking number at which point you will be able to keep track of your order.
Orders generally ship 3 business days after purchase. Your order will ship out using the delivery choice you choose at checkout. We ship via UPS/USPS.
Yes. All orders over 50$ will receive FREE shipping. All FREE shipping will be PRIORITY CLASS mail. We also offer FREE delivery/Pickup for local orders.
Once the item has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. You will need to contact Shipping Service with the tracking number provided to gain more information. If signature confirmation shows that it was signed for, you will need to contact USPS.
Blue Honey Candle Company is not responsible for missing or lost packages. You will need to contact shipping service to file a claim.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at [email protected].
We ship to the address provided.

Discounts + Promo
Only one coupon code per purchase when discount code is available. Using the same code on multiple orders will slow down your order and move it to the back of the que.
Oh no!! We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid
